Stephanie Barton, Regional Operations Manager, rallied People, Pets & Vets hospitals to partner with the United States Army and 7th Group Special Forces Kennel for a special donation project. The goal was to gather donations in their local communities to provide deployed canines with comfort items during their deployments overseas. Military working dogs are a vital part of a military team. These dogs are fellow warriors to the human troops, and deserve the same quality of care and medical attention as their human counterparts.
These amazing hospitals gathered and donated over 300+ items for these four-legged soldiers! The donations will result in some happy barks and tail wags. We hope to continue to support the men, women, and canines who make numerous sacrifices each day to keep our country safe.
