Throughout the entire world, whether it is in your own community or abroad, there are millions of abandoned animals in need of help. Specifically, since the political unrest of Ukraine, pets of millions of evacuated Ukrainians have been deserted and stranded, left to fend for their own. Veterinary teams and animal rescues worldwide are stepping up and doing their part to aid in this crisis to protect the pets of Ukraine.
We are honored to have the opportunity to support the efforts of the American Veterinary Medical Foundation by donating $50,000 to the International Fund for Animal Welfare (IFAW), The Street Dog Coalition, and the Ukraine Small Animal Veterinary Association. We believe in these foundations because not only do they support different avenues in animal welfare, but they identify with our name, People, Pets & Vets. This donation allows us to live up to our name by supporting the people of these pets and giving resources to the veterinarians who will be caring for them.
